Do you want to help shape our success story in Switzerland? As a Backoffice Assistant (m/f/x), you will structure the day-to-day business and keep an eye on everything from incoming telephone calls and expense workflows to document maintenance. You will be actively involved in the realisation of company events and team events. You are no stranger to supporting your colleagues with accounts payable and accounts receivable. You are interested in the use of MS Office, systems and tools for the successful realisation of your tasks. You also help to welcome new colleagues and facilitate their onboarding. You are an all-rounder, enjoy working in a team and your independent hands-on mentality characterises you. Are you also looking for a position with a 20 to 40% workload? Perfect!

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or something comparable

  • Professional experience in the area of assistance / back office 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and good English skills 

  • Affinity to the IT sector

  • a confident and friendly demeanour, a high degree of discretion, loyalty, a sense of responsibility and reliability

  • Organisational skills, strong communication skills and an independent, flexible way of working
