Do you want to help shape our continued success story? As a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE, you will be responsible for the functional and technical architecture of the marketing, sales and service processes for a defined customer portfolio. This makes you a key pillar in our service delivery model and the technical conscience for your customer portfolio. You are the expert in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE application and all associated processes. You will contribute this expertise to the development of functional design documents, the preparation of statements of works for the cost calculation and conduct customer and requirements workshops.

Your profile:
- Many years of professional experience as a Solution Architect on Dynamics D365 CE and its predecessor versions
- Excellent knowledge of marketing, sales, service and field service processes
- Several years of experience in consulting on business solutions in order to anticipate customer requirements
- Training and further education as a business IT specialist or software engineer
- Knowledge of agile / Scrum process models and the use of DevOps / JIRA
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
- High quality awareness, strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- You like to be on site with the customer - but don't have to live out of a suitcase 5 days a week
