Are you a passionate SAP Analytics Consultant (m/f/x) looking for new, challenging projects? If so, we offer you the opportunity to join a motivated team as a (Senior) Consultant in the SAP Analytics division and to design and implement customized business intelligence and planning solutions.
You’ll work in an environment where, as AI continues to advance, analytics is increasingly recognized as a key prerequisite for a consistent, company-wide data foundation—especially for intelligent analysis, planning, assistance, and automation scenarios. As part of your role, you’ll be proficient in using various platforms and technologies for data modeling, processing, and storage, and you’ll also be familiar with modern front-end applications for utilizing and visualizing data. Knowledge in the area of planning is highly desirable.
In addition, you’ll support our colleagues in their professional and personal development as a mentor and coach.
Taking on responsibility in (partial) project management roles and actively supporting presales activities are integral parts of your role.
To foster team cohesion and collaboration, we value regular in-person attendance at our Saarbrücken office—ideally about once a week.

Your Profil:

• Several years of professional experience with SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud; ideally, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BDC as well
• Specialized knowledge in planning (BPC, SAC) and/or experience with other lakehouses such as SAP Databricks, Snowflake, and similar platforms is a plus
• Interest in business processes and the development of sophisticated solutions
• Conceptual and analytical methodological skills
• Experience in (partial) project management and methodologies (Scrum, ITIL, PRINCE2)
• You’re not just an analytics expert, but also a passionate consultant with a knack for understanding people and client needs; you inspire clients with your open, communicative manner and move confidently from management workshops to one-on-one conversations
• You have basic—and preferably comprehensive—programming skills (ABAP & SQL) (you don’t need to be a full-time developer)
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Willingness to travel moderately—you enjoy visiting clients but don’t want to live out of a suitcase five days a week
• The ability to work independently and with dedication, as well as creativity and a sense of responsibility when working in a team
