Your profile:
- Experience in multiple implementation projects involving performance & goals, succession & development, or learning
- Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (you can obtain certification later—your expertise is what matters to us)
- Willingness to learn and curiosity
- Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and, in particular, to support less experienced consultants during their training
- High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
