You have several years of experience as a (Senior) Consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors module Employee Central? Do you enjoy supporting customers on their journey into Human Experience Management? With us, you not only advise and support customers in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on core HR processes, but also analyze business processes and model customer-specific process proposals and improvements. You would like to take responsibility and act as (partial) project manager implementation projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central? As an experienced Senior Consultant we can offer the prospect of a team leadership role.

Your profile:
- Experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects
- Very good knowledge and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally complemented by further certifications
- Willingness to learn and curiosity
- Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in the training process
- High degree of self-organization and communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
