Would you like to play an active role in shaping our success story? As an (Senior) HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Saarbrücken, you’ll independently support one or more of our business units throughout the entire employee lifecycle. From drafting contracts and handling individual HR matters to offboarding, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for managers and employees and provide advice on all operational and strategic HR issues. You’ll facilitate organizational changes, provide support on labor law issues, and ensure the professional implementation of our HR processes. In addition, you’ll contribute to initiatives in talent development and employee retention and actively participate in cross-functional HR projects. A particular focus will be on the digitization, optimization, and further development of our HR system landscape, where you’ll contribute your own ideas and actively drive change.

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed degree, ideally with a focus on HR/human resources management, or a comparable qualification or professional development
  • Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally in the roles mentioned above
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and MS-Office solutions
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a strong team spirit
