(Senior) Process Intelligence Consultant (m/f/x)

Are you enthusiastic about digital transformation and want to support companies in optimizing their processes to increase efficiency, quality and financial KPIs? As a (Senior) Process Intelligence Consultant, you will support our customers both nationally and internationally in the digitalization of their processes. You will advise companies of all sizes and from a wide range of industries on all matters relating to process intelligence. From system connection and data extraction to AI-based automation of processes and decision templates - you will be actively involved in all project phases. You will independently conduct workshops, prepare the necessary documents and take the lead in the technical implementation. You will also support the definition and implementation of suitable measures to optimize the business. Your goal is to integrate people and technology for a data-driven optimization of business processes.

Your profile:

• Project experience in the implementation of at least one process intelligence technology, such as: Celonis, SAP Signavio, Microsoft Power Automate, Mehrwerk Process Mining 

• You have sound knowledge of SQL/PQL

• You have experience in connecting different source systems to a process mining technology

• You are familiar with SAP processes and data architecture in at least one module

• Your convincing appearance, strong communication and social skills complement your enthusiasm and initiative  

• You are keen to share your knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants in their induction training 

• Fluency in English is required for your daily tasks, any other language is an asset

• Occasional travel is not a problem for you

This would be the icing on the cake:

• You are a Data Scientist with know-how in Python, Machine Learning
• You have experience in the implementation of process intelligence technologies in an industrial or service company
• You have knowledge of other technologies and platforms and use Enterprise Architecture Management to further develop our customers' architecture
• You use your entrepreneurial thinking for value-based optimization of processes - both our customers' and our own approaches
