(Senior) Project Manager (m/f/x)

Do you wish to not only support existing processes, but also actively shape them and achieve demonstrable success? In your role as (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for challenging client projects in the Microsoft environment. You will lead these projects from the initial idea through to successful implementation and act as the main point of contact for our clients. As a project lead and strategic partner, you will coordinate the analysis of client requirements, work with your team to develop innovative and forward-looking concepts, and oversee the implementation of modern Dynamics solutions. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle – from planning and coordinating all project stakeholders through to the rollout and the long-term optimisation of business processes. In doing so, you will take charge of (sub-)projects and be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets and timelines. Clear and structured communication with both internal and external stakeholders is second nature to you. Together with your team, you will develop new approaches, drive digital transformation forward and ensure that every solution creates sustainable added value for our clients.

Your profile:

• Several years’ experience (min. 3 years) in leading and managing IT or CRM projects
• Experience with PM standards (e.g. PMI, IPMA, Prince2, SCRUM, SAFe) and tools such as DevOps, Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and a good understanding of related technologies are desirable
• A structured, goal-oriented approach to work, combined with initiative and strong organisational skills
• Very good command of German and English
• Flexibility for occasional on-site client or project meetings
• A high level of commitment, the ability to work well in a team, and a confident, professional manner
• An innovative mindset and the ability to think beyond traditional approaches
