Do you have a passion for sales and enjoy inspiring people? Then you have the opportunity to work with us as a Solution Sales Manager in the area of Microsoft BizApps (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Microsoft Power Platform), to manage and shape the entire sales process for winning new projects with your distinctive sales expertise. Together with your teammates, you will develop innovative solutions to help promote not only our success story, but also the success of our existing customers. In order to expand our references with additional logos, you will acquire new national and international customers through sales pitches for C-Level and the processing of tenders. Furthermore, you will prepare individual, tailor-made offers, negotiate conditions/contracts and represent the ORBIS Group and our portfolio as a valuable member, mainly in manufacturing industries (Manufacturing, Automotive Supplier, Construction Supplier, Consumer, Retail...).

Your profile:


  • Ideally a degree in business administration/business informatics or in a comparable field of study, alternatively completed commercial training
  • Several years of experience as a seller or in a comparable role, as well as a strong understanding of marketing, sales and service processes 
  • Cognitive empathy to put yourself in the shoes of your business partner
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and a good network in the above mentioned industries is an advantage
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks in a structured way and to complete them on time and to a high quality standard
  • Very good German and English skills underline your strong communication skills
  • You don't have to move to Saarbrücken, but you are always welcome at our HQ or one of our branches and basically willing to travel
  • You enjoy maintaining and expanding business relationships with contacts at all levels of the buying center
  • Team player with a strong customer focus
