Your profile:
- Experience in several implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Performance & Goals
- Very good knowledge and preferably certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (you can catch up on missing certification - your competence is important to us)
- Willingness to learn and curiosity
- Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and especially to support less experienced consultants in the training process
- High degree of self-organization and communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
