Your profile:

  • Experience in several implementation projects of Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning or Recruiting
  • Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (you can catch up on missing certification - your expertise is important to us)
  • Willingness to learn and curiosity
  • Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in their training
  • High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills 
  • Moderate willingness to travel
