Your profile:
- Experience in several implementation projects of Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning or Recruiting
- Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (you can catch up on missing certification - your expertise is important to us)
- Willingness to learn and curiosity
- Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in their training
- High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
