Your profile:
- Experience in Workforce Planning implementation projects in SAC or in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors Story Reporting or SAP HCM Personnel Cost Planning desirable, but not a requirement
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM
- Willingness to learn and curiosity
- Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and especially to support less experienced consultants in the training process
- High degree of self-organization and communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
