Would you like to help shape our success story? As a Facility Manager (m/f/x), you will be responsible for our buildings and grounds at our headquarters in Saarbrücken, ensuring safety, cleanliness and order. You will monitor and maintain the building services and carry out minor repair and maintenance work independently. In addition, you will assist with the selection and coordination of external service providers and tradespeople, help with the preparation and running of internal events, and manage the supply and coordination of materials. You will also ensure the operational reliability of the buildings’ technical infrastructure, including lighting, heating and the safety of access routes.

Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in a trade
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Organisational skills, independence and flexibility
- Physical fitness
- A friendly manner and good interpersonal skills
- Very good german language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Class B driving licence
