Would you like to play an active part in shaping our success story? As a Fleet Management Associate (m/f/x), you will be responsible, as part of a full-time, fixed-term parental leave cover role, for ordering and managing our company vehicles alongside your team, whilst acting as the main point of contact for all matters relating to our company car drivers. You will independently handle invoicing, coordinate orders and returns, schedule workshop appointments and assist with claims processing. You will also review existing contract terms with our leasing partners or negotiate appropriate adjustments. In addition, you will contribute to sustainability projects and other strategic and operational matters relating to our fleet.

Your profile:
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
- Ideally, previous professional experience in fleet management or a comparable sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent German and good English
- A confident, friendly and service-oriented manner
- An independent, proactive and structured approach to work
