Do you combine strategic thinking with in-depth industry expertise and want to drive sustainable change? As a Principal Consultant for Consumer Goods & Retail Transformation (m/f/x), you will advise our clients on the strategic direction and successful implementation of transformation initiatives. Drawing on your in-depth understanding of the requirements of the consumer goods and retail sectors, you will analyse existing business processes, identify opportunities for optimisation and, together with the relevant stakeholders, develop future-proof visions and roadmaps across the entire customer journey. You will facilitate workshops at both specialist and management levels, linking business requirements with the capabilities of modern CRM, customer experience, data and AI solutions. In this way, you will translate innovative ideas into concrete concepts with measurable added value. Furthermore, you will support our sales and pre-sales activities by developing compelling industry and solution concepts, and contribute your expertise to client meetings, pitches and strategic initiatives. As a technical sparring partner, you will support project teams on complex transformation projects and play an active role in further developing our consultancy portfolio for the consumer goods and retail sectors.

Your profile:
- Several years’ professional experience in the consumer goods and/or retail sector, ideally in a consultative, strategic or specialist role
- A sound understanding of customer experience, CRM, data and AI, and their potential for further developing business processes and customer relationships
- Ability to present yourself confidently at both specialist and management levels, and to successfully bring together different stakeholders and teams
- Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills, as well as a high degree of customer focus
- Very good command of German and English, and a willingness to travel for project-related work
