As a consultant in the area of SAP Variant Configuration (AVC)/variant management, you will help our customers to efficiently model complex products and business processes and make them future-proof. You will work with state-of-the-art SAP technologies (S/4HANA/AVC) and actively contribute your ideas to exciting digitization projects.
Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting our customers throughout all project phases
- Designing and modeling variant-rich products and configuration processes
- Applying and further developing SAP S/4HANA functionalities
- Analyzing business models and deriving technical and business requirements
- Supporting process optimization and system development
- Conducting workshops and training courses
- Managing projects or sub-projects
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and customers

What you bring to the table:
- Several years of experience in SAP consulting, ideally in variant configuration (LO-VC/AVC)
- In-depth expertise in modeling variant-rich products
- Very good knowledge of SAP ERP and the ABAP programming language
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel, flexibility, and enthusiasm for digitalization
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
