Do you enjoy actively supporting a sales team with your organizational and administrative skills and thus making an important contribution to the success of the company? As a sales assistance (m/f/x), you will be responsible for creating and following up on offers, maintaining customer data and preparing meetings and presentations. You will also support our sales department in looking after our strategic partners SAP and Microsoft. You will also be responsible for coordinating appointments, communicating with customers and partners and organizing sales events. You will also help with the creation of reports, analyses and statistics in order to optimally manage sales.

Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in the sales environment or in partner management is an advantage
- You have the cognitive empathy to put yourself in the shoes of your business partner
- You are characterized by the ability to plan and carry out tasks in a structured manner and to complete them on time and in high quality
- Very good German and good English skills underline your strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experience with CRM systems
