Are you passionate about modern data platforms and keen not only to design innovative solutions but also to implement them successfully? With your experience in the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, you’ll help organisations transform data into real added value and lay the foundations for analytics, data products and AI initiatives. As a Senior Technical Consultant for Microsoft Fabric (m/f/x), you’ll support our clients in the introduction and further development of modern data, analytics and AI platforms. You’ll design future-proof data architectures, develop technical solution concepts and see them through from the initial idea to live deployment. In doing so, you’ll work with technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Power BI, data engineering and data governance. Together with our experts in the fields of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and SAP, you will develop holistic solution architectures to meet a wide range of client requirements. In addition, you will facilitate workshops, support architectural decision-making and advise on technological strategies. You will also actively contribute your expertise to pre-sales activities, effort estimates and the further development of our Microsoft Fabric portfolio.

Your profile:

• Several years’ experience in data engineering, data & analytics or modern data platforms
• Very good practical knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and experience in implementing Fabric solutions
• Experience in the design and implementation of modern data platforms and end-to-end data architectures
• In-depth knowledge of OneLake, Lakehouse and/or data warehouses, data pipelines and notebooks, as well as SQL and PySpark/Spark
• Experience with data modelling, semantic models and Power BI
• A good understanding of data integration, security, data governance, deployment and modern data platforms
• Experience in conducting client workshops and providing architectural consultancy
• A structured approach to complex technical requirements and architectural decisions
• Analytical thinking, combined with a structured and independent way of working
• Strong client focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Fluent in German and very good command of English
