Do you have extensive experience in selling SAP solutions and a deep understanding of your customers' business processes? Then you have the opportunity to join our sales team as a dedicated Solution Sales Manager (m/f/x) in the area of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and SAP Concur. In this role, you will be responsible for selling the SAP portfolio of ORBIS People GmbH to customers in your assigned sales territory. You will identify sales opportunities and acquire new customers. Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships through excellent customer service is as much a part of your responsibility as providing advice on optimal SAP solutions for their business processes. You develop individual sales strategies and conduct market analyses. Furthermore, you will prepare customized offers and conduct contract negotiations in order to guarantee long-term cooperation. You will always work with our internal SAP teams to ensure that customer requirements in the area of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and SAP Concur are met and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in selling SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and SAP Concur solutions and services
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and SAP Concur products
  • Ability to build trust in the sales process and work with presales colleagues to present products in a compelling manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as fluent German and very good English skills
  • Good understanding of our customers' human resources business processes and requirements
  • Willingness to travel to accompany Solution Advisors or management at customer meetings
  • Teamplayer with a strong customer focus
