Do you have a passion for selling software solutions and a deep understanding of your customers' business processes? Then you have the opportunity to join our sales team as a dedicated Solution Sales Manager for the SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and SAP Concur solutions.

 

Your tasks:

  • Actively acquiring new customers and developing individual sales strategies 
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships through targeted customer visits and excellent customer service 
  • Advising customers on the benefits and possible applications of SAP SuccessFactors, HCM and Concur 
  • Developing customized offers and conducting contract negotiations
  • Carrying out market analyses and identifying trends and competitive activities
  • Working closely with marketing and consulting to ensure that customer requirements are met and customer satisfaction is guaranteed

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in the sale of software solutions, preferably in the area of HCM 
  • Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, HCM and Concur products is advantageous
  • The ability to build trust in the sales process and to present the products convincingly with the presales colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as negotiation skills
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • High customer orientation and the ability to recognize customer needs and offer tailor-made solutions
  • Willingness to travel within your sales territory
