Are you an experienced finance professional with leadership experience, looking for a role in Saarbrücken (Headquarter) where you can make a strategic and operational impact? Would you like to lead a team, set standards and optimise internal processes? As a Team Manager Finance Consolidation (m/f/x), you will take on the technical and managerial leadership of your team in the Finance Consolidation department and, together with your team, ensure the correct execution of accounting tasks and the preparation of (consolidated) financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our finance processes, providing relevant key figures for reporting and planning, and actively supporting the further development of the division’s strategy. In doing so, you will continuously develop your team, set clear goals and ensure open, performance-oriented collaboration in a collegial working environment.

Your profile:
- Several years’ experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment
- Initial management experience and a passion for developing a team
- In-depth knowledge of HGB/IFRS and a very good understanding of consolidated financial statements and consolidation
- Analytical thinking and the ability to handle complex issues with confidence
- A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and a motivating and engaging manner
- High level of initiative, a hands-on attitude and assertiveness
- Fluent German is a must-have and good English skills
- Confident in using standard finance and digital tools
