Do you enjoy advising customers and are you looking for an exciting career start in the IT sector? Then you have the opportunity to join us as a trainee in the SAP SuccessFactors HCM department and support our experienced consultants in the design and implementation of customer-specific HR management applications. You will experience an interesting working environment at the cutting edge, which requires professional understanding and combines this with technical implementation. You will get to know various operational HR processes and help your team with the corresponding implementations using the latest cloud technologies. In the course of your personal development, you will then build up module-specific system and process knowledge, e.g. in recruiting, onboarding, talent management, compensation or HR master data management, and gradually also support customers in support. As a fully-fledged member of an innovative company, you will be involved in all process steps and thus receive a sound introduction to the profession of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant.

Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration with an IT or HR focus or a comparable degree, e.g. in (business) informatics, information management
- Interest in business processes and the development of sophisticated solutions
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- You are creative, communicative and can act responsibly in a team
- Enthusiasm, ability to work independently and with commitment
- Very good German and good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
Our trainees can expect an attractive trainee program in which we focus on learning by doing right from the start. They work on current projects and attend internal training and further education courses at the same time in order to gradually build up in-depth expertise.
