You are experienced as an external or in-house consultant in SAP SuccessFactors modules? And do you enjoy supporting customers on their journey into Human Experience Management and helping to build a new team? Then you have the opportunity to work with us as a (Senior) Consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors area, not only to solve technical problems, but also to support the customer team in project organization and process modernization. You will work independently within a team that supports each other and develops ideas together.

Your profile:

• Extensive experience in several implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Very good knowledge and preferably certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (you can catch up on missing certification - your competence is important to us)
• Willingness to learn and curiosity
• Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and to support less experienced consultants in the training process
• High degree of self-organization and communication skills
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English as well as a moderate willingness to travel

For legal reasons, we would also like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,730, - gross/month. With appropriate qualifications and experience, an overpayment and commission model is of course possible for you.
