Your heart beats for sales in the IT environment? Then you have the opportunity to strengthen our sales team as a committed Junior Sales Manager (m/f/x) in the acquisition of new customers. 

 

Your tasks as Junior Sales Manager:

  • You qualify new customers via various sales channels and engage in active social selling via LinkedIn and cold calling
  • You build and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing customers
  • In coordination with your mentor, you coordinate and process customer inquiries
  • You prepare the information obtained for further sales measures and maintain it in the CRM
  • You identify needs and recognize cross-selling & up-selling potentials
  • You plan and carry out campaigns independently and provide support at company events
  • You work together with Marketing on various activities

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have already gained your first professional experience in a sales job and have basic knowledge of IT and marketing
  • You find it easy to engage with different people and remain calm even in difficult situations
  • You enjoy creating effective presentations and have good presentation skills
  • Your convincing demeanor, strong communication skills and social skills complement your enthusiasm and initiative
  • You want to make a difference and experience the results of your work first-hand
  • You are motivated to develop yourself further as a Key Account Manager
  • Fluent German and good English skills are required for your daily tasks

For legal reasons, we would also like to point out that the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2.396 gross/month. If you have the appropriate qualifications and experience, overpayment and a commission model are of course possible for you.
